Sustainable Tourism

OUR COMMITMENTS TO PROTECTING THE PRESENT AND PRESERVING THE FUTURE

Inspired by our awareness of the impact we have, MS made the decision years ago to adopt an eco-responsible approach.
And now, taking action to offer more sustainable tourism options is part of our DNA.

So, we want to transparently share our current efforts to make our footprint as ethical as possible.
We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our impact.

Discover our commitments based on three main pillars: the environment, people and the economy.

PRESERVING THE ENVIRONMENT

Our actions to reduce our impact on the planet

PEOPLE AT THE CENTRE OF OUR ACTIONS

Training and uniting to cultivate and share happiness

BOLSTERING THE FRENCH ECONOMY

Our initiatives for revitalizing and promoting our regions

We all have a role to play

Together, we can reduce our energy usage and preserve our planet

By turning off the light when we leave a room
By switching off our electronic devices
By unplugging our chargers when we’re not using them
By reducing our water usage by taking shorter showers
By sorting and recycling our waste
By shopping local and buying local products
By respecting fragile, protected areas

National Forest Office (ONF)

Preserving France’s forest heritage: the ONF monitors the integrity of national forests, conserves forest structures and protects forest stands and natural environments, as well as managing wildlife and hunting.

And so, the forests around La Côte Sauvage Camping Club***** and Les Tourterelles Campsite**** are safeguarded by the ONF.

Pavillon Bleu / Blue Flag

Each year, the Blue Flag is awarded to municipalities, beaches and marinas with an active, ongoing sustainable tourism development policy.

– Blue Flag beaches where we have locations: Longeville-sur-Mer, Royan, Narbonne-Plage, Le Barcarès and Argelès-sur-Mer
– Blue Flag marinas where we have locations: Narbonne Marina and Argelès-sur-Mer Marina
